KNOX: New Areas for Job Growth
As an entrepreneur, I understand the needs of the business community. As Mayor, I intend to form a coalition of business and academic leaders to identify sectors of growth and recommend businesses that could relocate to Philadelphia. I will then personally lobby these businesses to come to Philadelphia and join our vibrant community.

This response is naïve. Most growth comes from locals founding businesses. What can be done here to improve the business climate? What about Penn’s Landing or the Navy Yard? What infrastructure does the city need to grow?
