EVANS: Strengthening Planning Commission

I do believe that the City’s planning department needs to be strengthened. In addition to more resources, I believe the planning process needs to be opened up. I would favor modeling our planning process after the successful Penn Praxis and Design Advocacy process currently being used for Penn’s Landing in partnership with the Inquirer.
