BRADY: Strengthening Planning Commission

As Mayor, I will spearhead an effort to create a comprehensive development plan for the entire City. Much like current efforts to create a comprehensive plan for the Delaware waterfront, any effort at master planning will involve an engagement of all communities affected. Through consultation and collaboration with neighborhoods, a master plan for the City will be a blueprint for Philadelphia to transform itself into a world class city.
