While the answer is so breezy, you wonder whether the candidate understood the question, its hard to argue with the response. What is needed is someone in the administration spending the administrative time to cross index those who donate to politicians with those who receive the City's largesse.
Bob Brady is an old time party boss! If he wins, the city will remain the same, nothing will ever change...except money from hand to hand!
