KNOX: Funding for Nonprofit Cultural Organizations
I will dramatically increase funding for arts and cultural organizations in Philadelphia. In addition, I will reopen the Office of Arts and Culture, create an arts fund, and regionalize the lobbying effort to increase funding for the arts and culture sector.

How would you persuade the suburbs to support the arts in the city when there is often little desire in the region surrounding the city to provide funding for activities within the city?
