ZONING CODE REVISION

71 % of the citizens surveyed who expressed an opinion on the effectiveness of the current zoning code, rated it as either moderately ineffective or highly ineffective.

Will you pledge that, within the first year of your administration, you will introduce into City Council a revised zoning code designed to drastically reduce the number of variances? If not, why not?
