STRENGTHENING PLANNING COMMISSION

In response to a survey question as to whether the present planning level should be continued or whether there should be increased planning oversight with the inevitable attendant higher costs in terms of development opportunity and City expenditures, 85% of the respondents who expressed an opinion favored a moderate or significant increase in planning.
